Objectives
The aim of the course is for the student to be able to present his/her independent practical project work as an expert, as a result of which he/she will demonstrate the theoretical and methodological knowledge acquired during the training, as well as his/her self-reflective ability.
Learning outcomes
Knowledge
- Knows the steps for planning and carrying out practical work on work and organisational psychology.
- Knows the criteria for the form and content of the expert presentation of practical project work
Ability
- Ability to formulate independent questions, plan and carry out independent project work.
- Ability to produce a demanding and credible written peer-reviewed document.
Attitude
- Open to expanding methodological knowledge in the field of psychology.
- Open and motivated to apply the knowledge acquired.
- Collaborates with the instructor and fellow students to expand knowledge.
- Is open to the use of information technology tools
Autonomy and responsibility
- Expects and uses forms of new knowledge.
- Actively participates in the learning process.
- Is able to apply theoretical and methodological knowledge in a creative and autonomous way, taking into account the context.
