Objectives

The aim of the course is for the student to be able to present his/her independent practical project work as an expert, as a result of which he/she will demonstrate the theoretical and methodological knowledge acquired during the training, as well as his/her self-reflective ability.

  1. Knows the steps for planning and carrying out practical work on work and organisational psychology.
  2. Knows the criteria for the form and content of the expert presentation of practical project work

  1. Ability to formulate independent questions, plan and carry out independent project work.
  2. Ability to produce a demanding and credible written peer-reviewed document.

  1. Open to expanding methodological knowledge in the field of psychology.
