Objectives

The aim of the course is to practice the written communication, which are required in part and mainly in an academic environment, to develop their understanding the attitudes of readers and authors in different written situations.

General Rules

Attendance is mandatory. No more than 4 missed classes are allowed. Completion requirement: minimum 50 % of assignmets.

Performance assessment methods

Detailed description of performance evaluations during the working period: 1. Partial evaluation: The instructor explains the expectations and evaluation aspects related to each task in class. The method of calculating the percentage result that can be obtained for class and homework assignments is: number of assignments actually handed in and accepted / total assignments. The method of calculating the bonus points is: 0.15 ∙ actually submitted and accepted diligence tasks / all issued diligence tasks.
