Objectives
The aim of the course is to familiarise students with the internal life, organisation and structure of a school or company training centre, training centre, adult education, higher education and dual vocational training centre and the theoretical and practical vocational training provided there.

Knowledge
- Knows the most important pedagogical, psychological and sociological theories of professional theoretical and practical education, the basic concepts, interrelationships and laws of education, training and education.
- Knows the theoretical and practical knowledge related to the planning, organization, implementation and control of practical sessions (school, company), and the basic principles of organizing individual and group exercises.
- Knowledge and understanding of the legal framework of vocational education and training.
- Knowledge and understanding of the specific directions and boundaries of the field of technical vocational education and training.
- Knowledge of the age specificities of learners and methods of learning.
- Is aware of the possibilities, ways and limits of cooperation with parents and the various professionals and professional institutions that support his/her pedagogical work.
- Knowledge of the legal and ethical rules and standards of the teaching profession.

- Ability to set up practical training programmes and align them with theoretical requirements.
- Ability to plan, organise, implement, monitor and evaluate the practical training process in a variety of teaching formats (workshop, laboratory).
- The ability to carry out extra-curricular educational work in the context of vocational training and to provide career guidance in support of vocational training.
- Ability to plan, organise and implement independent learning.
- Be able to use and understand the literature, electronic, Internet and library resources specific to their field of specialisation Ability to search them, determine their relevance and filter out information that is not accurate or out of date.

Teaching methodology
On the basis of given hospitalization criteria, the student interprets and evaluates in writing the professional work of the visited institutions and the sessions viewed.

A. Szorgalmi időszakban végzett teljesítményértékelések részletes leírása: 1. Részteljesítmény-értékelés (házi feladatok): Dolgozat készítése, mely két részből áll: 1) Rövid (1 oldal) leírás az iskoláról (fenntartó, formális adatok, fizikai környezet, infrastruktúra). 2) Hospitálási naplók (sablon alapján).
