Objectives
To ensure that the student is able to give an overview of the knowledge of organization theory that is also relevant in public education. The student should recognize the organizational model applications that are possible in the system of public education institutions. He can define the concepts of organizational structure and culture. It explains the efficiency-enhancing role of organizational communication and the sources, causes, and ways to deal with organizational conflicts. It helps with organizational development tasks. To make the student familiar with the institutional system and school structure of public education and vocational training; its main stages of change. He knows the basic principles that determine how the system works; the tasks of each type of institution; the levels and role of content regulation. The student is able to give an overview of the knowledge of organizational theory relevant in public education; recognize the possible organizational model applications in the system of public education institutions. He can define the concepts of organizational structure and culture. Understand the effectiveness of organizational communication and the sources, causes, and ways to manage organizational conflicts. Get help with organizational development tasks.
