Aim of the course: to prepare the participants of the training for the exact decision of the individual related practice of the teacher candidates.

Knows the official documents and legislation related to the work of the mentor teacher. You know the possible purpose, form and types of lesson visits –ad hoc/planned; leadership/mentoring/specializing hospiting; on field/online.

1. He respects the personality of his teaching colleagues. Strives for active cooperation with teacher colleagues, teacher candidates and management. Open to providing professional assistance in the event of deficiencies.

It is committed to the continuous development of pedagogical methods and technologies, but it is realistic about its options. It is characterized by cooperation and responsibility in relation to its profession, specialty and their representatives. He has considerable autonomy in raising, developing, representing and justifying the comprehensive and specific questions of his profession.

Written and oral communication during the exercises, use of IT tools and techniques, independent and group work.

A 2.1 és 2.2. pontban megfogalmazott célok és tanulási eredmények elérése a gyakorlatokon tanúsított aktív részvétel (részteljesítmény értékelés) és a hospitálások speciális szempontok alapján történő dokumentálása alapján történik.

- Az aktív részvétel – jellegéből adódóan – nem pótolható, nem javítható, továbbá más módon nem kiválható vagy helyettesíthető, jó gyakorlatok, egyedi problémák bemutatásával azonban az érdemjegy javítható.
