To ensure that the student understands the recruitment tasks and possibilities of vocational training and adult education. Understand the basics of assessing the need for training, know the economic and labour market processes on the basis of which you can develop a training portfolio to understand the need for training. Develop a conscious and prepared training counselling program. The main objective is to be able to examine the analysis, professional experience and traineeship of the applicants and to offer the applicant an individual learning path. The main goal is to get acquainted with the framework of special student relations in vocational training.

1. 1. You will be aware of the principles and techniques of recruitment in vocational training/vocational education/adult education.
2. 2. You will be familiar with the process of assessing the need for training and the elements of professional advice.
3. 3. You will be familiar with the content of the student relationship in full-time vocational training and in vocational training in the form of adult education.

2. 2. It will be able to analyse the pre-qualifications and knowledge levels of the applicants and to adapt the development of individual learning pathways to this.
3. 3. You will be able to understand which adult education activities are subject to authorisation and which are subject to notification.

Lectures, field tests, situational exercises, communication in writing and orally, use of IT tools and techniques, optional tasks prepared independently and in group work,

• Az adott gyakorlati munkahely szabályzatai (stratégiai dokumentumok, beiskolázási
• stratéga, nappali rendszerű és felnőttoktatási tagozat működtetésének azonos és
• eltérő képzés-szervezési formáinak dokumentumai)

A 2.2. pontban megfogalmazott tanulási eredmények értékelése a gyakorlat befejezést követő 2 héten belül beadott házi feladat eredménye alapján.

Szorgalmi időszakban végzett teljesítményértékelés részletes leírása: • a gyakorlaton való 100%-os részvétel, • aktív közreműködés a csoportfeladatok megoldásában, • tematikus dolgozat leadása • a tantárgyi tudás, képesség, attitűd, valamint az önállóság és felelősség típusú kompetenciaelemek értékelése. Foglalkozásokon való részvétel.

A házi feladat és a vizsga a mindenkori Tanulmányi és Vizsgaszabályzat előírásai szerint, a Térítési és Juttatási Szabályzatban előírt díjak megfizetése mellett pótolható.

A 2.2 pontban megfogalmazott tanulási eredmények eléréséhez a tantárgy a következő tematikai blokkokból áll: Tartalmi egységek • Azonosság és különbözőség a nappali rendszerű szakképzés és a felnőttoktatás között. • Beiskolázás a nappali rendszerű szakképzése, toborzás a felnőttoktatásba. • Képzési szükségletek felmérése, képzési tanácsadás • A szakképesítés megszerzéséhez vezető út kiválasztása • Tudásmegosztás csoport tagjai között a saját tapasztalat alapján. Az egyes félévben meghirdetett kurzusok sillabuszaiban e témaelemeket ütemezzük a naptári és egyéb adottságok szerint.
