Objectives
By setting out the principles of observation, the subject provides practical-focused knowledge, which can be sub-calculated for mentors in all relevant types of institutions, regardless of the status of the mentor. It treats the lesson visit as part of the qualification program, clarifies the legal environment, provides an overview of modern international practice, and puts the theory in an institutional environment.

- A mentor teacher is able to plan, unite and manage the activities of teacher candidates and trainees related to lessons.
Skills
- Is able to observe and evaluate students' lessons, to evaluate the reports and lesson analyses of the lessons visited by the students, to interpret and direct the selfvaluation of the students.
Attitude
- You are informed about and able to use the statistical features of simple analysis programs. He knows the possibilities and limitations of the methods that can be used in research. It is able to select and apply basic analytical methods to identify, analyze and solve pedagogical problems.
Independence and responsibility
- It is capable of pedagogical problem detection. It is capable of performing simple statistical procedures using a computer. It is capable of statistical, mathematical and pedagogical interpretation of the results of the analysis. on this basis, to formulate development proposals.
Teaching methodology
Written and oral communication during the exercises, use of IT tools and techniques, independent and group work.

General Rules
A 2.1 és 2.2. pontban megfogalmazott célok és tanulási eredmények elérése a gyakorlatokon tanúsított aktív részvétel (részteljesítmény értékelés) és a hospitálások speciális szempontok alapján történő dokumentálása alapján történik.
