Objectives

To achieve that the student gains an overview of the topic of the adult education quality management system. A key goal is to review the quality principles. Students should be made aware that the quality management system approach is based on self-assessment and envisages continuous improvement, both in terms of training, tools and human resources, where improvements are based on publicly available data and feedback. Students will learn that the adult educator will develop a comprehensive quality policy and related strategy to ensure the quality of the training activity. A key objective is to understand that adult education institutions need to establish formal internal mechanisms for approving, monitoring and internally evaluating the launch of their training programs. The aim is also to get to know the expectations system of the internal training and further training of the instructors. The student should receive an overview of how up-to-date, objective quantitative and qualitative information on training activities should be regularly published on the adult educator's website. Achieving that goal is also extremely important for the student to become familiar with the customer service activities of the adult educator.

  1. 1. Will be able to independently and responsibly create and coordinate the quality management program of the adult educator.
  2. 2. Independently and responsibly prepares the adult trainer's quality management manual and independently ensures that it is updated.
  3. 3. Carries out the coordination tasks of evaluations independently and responsibly.
  4. 4. Takes responsibility for decisions about changes required as a result of quality results.
  5. 5. Independently and responsibly ensures the publication of quality information.

Teaching methodology

Lectures, use of ICT tools and techniques, optional independent and group work, collaborative forms of active learning (projects, cooperative, collaborative learning).

• a kontaktórákon való 100/-os részvétel, • 10-15 oldalas tematikus dolgozat beadása • a tantárgyi tudás, képesség, attitűd, valamint az önállóság és felelősség típusú kompetenciaelemek értékelése.
