Objectives
This course is designed to teach students the skills to be effective speakers in their native language through the presentation of the theory of professional communication and speaking exercises to be able to use theoretical ideas in practice.
Academic results
Knowledge
- • Students are familiar with the principles of presentation techniques and are able to use them in practice,
- • they are aware of the major norms of grammar and correct language use.
Skills
- • Students know the principles of professional communication in Hungarian.
- • They are able to deliver good quality, carefully drafted, linguistically polished, engaging and enjoyable speeches in Hungarian;
- • they are able to make Power Point presentations to accompany their speech.
Attitude
- • They are expected to deliver carefully prepared, high-quality speeches based on their active knowledge of linguistic norms and the general theory;
- • they are expected to constantly check their performance, analyse and evaluate their own speeches
Independence and responsibility
- • They are expected to be responsible for their own performance;
- • they complete their assignments in an autonomous way and learn to be able to correctly assess their per-formance.
Teaching methodology
Situational exercises, simulations, situations, oral presentations in Hungarian. Analysis of the above, feedback in the form team/instructor/independent assessment.

- Kommunikációs, prezentációs készségeket fejlesztő magyar és idegen nyelvű anyagok.
General Rules
A hallgatók beszédprodukcióit közösen értékeljük különböző módokon (egyéni tanári értékelés, társas és csoportos értékelés). A félév során elkészítendő fő házi feladat: egy előadás/beszéd megtartása, melyet videóra rögzítünk, és prezentációs szempontból kielemzünk.

A hallgatók beszédprodukcióit közösen értékeljük különböző módokon (egyéni tanári értékelés, társas és csoportos értékelés). A félév során elkészítendő fő házi feladat: egy előadás/beszéd megtartása, melyet videóra rögzítünk, és prezentációs szempontból kielemzünk.
