Objectives
The aim of the course is to make students see the connections between people's behavior and organizational behavior, the main features of organizational functioning, the possibilities of interpreting and applying psycho-logical knowledge in an organizational context.

Knowledge
- The student acquires a comprehensive knowledge of the connections between organizational culture and human resource management
- The student gets acquainted with the prospects of measuring organizational culture
- The student acquires a comprehensive knowledge of the impact of organizational culture on organizati-onal development processes and interventions
- The student acquires knowledge about the connections between organizational culture, trust and organi-zational development
Skills
- Ability to communicate professionally on these topics, in oral and in written form
- The student is able to explore the organizational culture, and interpret the results
- The student is able to plan organizational development interventions taking into account the charac-teristics of organizational culture
- The student is able to plan the development and implementation of human resource management systems taking into account the characteristics of the organizational culture.

- Open to the latest, trend-setting knowledge of organizational psychology
- Willing to cooperate with representatives of other professions on a given issue
- Acts proactively and contributes to issues affecting his/her work

The assessment of the learning outcomes set out in point 2.2 is based on the preparation of an individual ho-mework, its presentation and the answering of questions related to the topic.

A. Detailed description of performance evaluations performed during the term-period: In the framework of group work, literature research on organizational psychology and its written summary B. Performance evaluation during the examination period. Presentation and discussion of group work, problem solutions, answering questions

The condition for obtaining the signature is the completion of all project tasks according to point 3.3
