Project management - BMEGT20S801

The aim of the course is to present the terminology, tools and techniques of project management. The curriculum briefly summa-rizes, in a structured way, the knowledge required to manage a project within the framework of the subject. The course also em-phasizes the presentation of practical solutions (software).

1. Understand the structure and operation of business organizations.
2. Are in possession of modern, theoretically demanding mathematical-statistical and modeling methods of problem recogni-tion, formulation and solution, information collection and processing, he also knows their limitations.

1. Formulate independent new conclusions, original ideas and solutions. They are able to apply demanding analysis and modeling methods, to develop strategies for solving complex problems, to make decisions.
2. Develop an individual position based on one's own analysis and defends it in a debate.
3. Are able to develop strategies for solving complex problems, to plan the solution, to make decisions, to provide professional advice to economic actors. It uses an interdisciplinary approach to analysis and practical problem solving, if necessary.

1. Are open and inclusive to new achievements in economics and practice.
2. Turn with interest to the results and solutions of related disciplines, open to relationship building.
3. Are committed to quality work. In a project, in the case of group tasks, they are self-confident, constructive, cooperative, pro-active, tolerant and inclusive.
4. Are motivated in planning their professional career to increase professional and social knowledge and well-beeing.

1. Independently select and applies the relevant problem-solving methods in areas of organizational policy, strategy and man-agement.
2. Perform economic analysis, decision preparation and consulting tasks independently.

A 2.2. pontban megfogalmazott tanulási eredmények értékelése a vizsgaidőszakban írásbeli vizsgával és egy esettanulmány feldolgozásának (részteljesítmény-mérés) formájában történik.

A. Szorgalmi időszakban végzett teljesítményértékelések részletes leírása: az elsajátított tanagyag gyakorlati al-kalmazásának felmérésére szolgáló beadandó írásbeli dolgozat (az esettanulmány a félév teljesítésének felté-tele). Az esettanulmányban fel kell dolgozni egy valós projekt esetét. A dolgozatban a tananyaghoz köthető tartalom és az azt kiegészítő gondolatok megjelenése a cél. B. Vizsgaidőszakban végzett teljesítményértékelés (vizsga) A vizsga elemei: írásbeli teljesítményértékelés - a félév során érintett témakörök elméleti hátterének és gyakorlati alkalmazásának ellenőrzése.
