Objectives
The aim of the subject is to introduce students to organisational and social problems, and how to handle them.

Knowledge
- Solid knowledge of conceptualization for studying communication and media phenomena
- Basic knowledge of social institutions (law, language, religion, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of the legal, political etc. norms regulating communication and media phenomena.

- Ability to recognize social and communication problems, and to choose appropriate solutions
