The aim of the course is to familiarize students with (1) the characteristics of adult learning, as well as the basic concepts, theories, and practical methods of andragogy. They will become capable of: (2) understanding adult learning processes, (3) applying methods tailored to the diverse needs of learners.

1. - is familiar with the basic concepts and main theories of andragogy,
2. - understands the psychological and sociological characteristics of adult learning,
3. - is familiar with the institutional framework and legal regulations governing adult education,
4. - understands the basic principles of training design and evaluation.

2. - accepting and respectful of learner diversity,
3. - committed to lifelong learning,
4. - reflective about their own teaching practice.

The methods used in the course include demonstration and explanation, but the presentation of case studies, student presentations, and the interactive sharing of student experiences also play a significant role. The exam is oral; to be eligible for the exam, students must complete the essay assignment submitted for signature.

Szorgalmi időszakban végzett teljesítményértékelések részletes leírása: - Az előadásokon való aktív részvétel. - Az aláírás megszerzéséhez az esszéfeladat elkészítése és feltöltése a Moodle-be. Az esszéfeladat elkészítése során az AI alkalmazása megengedett, de figyelembe kell venni a kari és egyetemi ajánlásokat.

Az aláírás megszerzésének feltétele az előadásokon való aktív részvétel, valamint az esszéfeladat határidőre történő elkészítése és Moodle-rendszerbe való feltöltése. Az aláírás a megszerzés félévében és az azt követő, a BME TVSZ-ben meghatározott vizsgaidőszak(ok)ban érvényes. Az aláírás megszerzését követően a hallgató szóbeli vizsgára bocsátható.

- Az aktív részvétel – jellegéből adódóan – nem pótolható, nem javítható, továbbá más módon nem kiválható vagy helyettesíthető. Ez ügyben a BME TVSZ előírásai az irányadók. Az esszéfeladat kései beadására a TVSZ előírásai az irányadók
