Objectives
The course aims to provide knowledge related to career guidance planning, management, and evaluation and to develop students' team building, conflict management, and organizational competencies. The subject focuses on the relationship between the institution and the external environment, the identification of professional problems, and the exploration of the theoretical and practical background necessary for their solution.

Knowledge
- Knows the specifics of public education institutions (kindergarten, elementary school, high school, vocational training institutions, dormitories, art schools, specialized services, professional service providers), and the regulations that determine their operation.
- Has planning, management, and evaluation skills.
- Has a developmental approach during classroom observations.
- Has practical knowledge in the field of team building, conflict management, and modern organizational skills within the framework of organizational development.

- Able to monitor and evaluate pedagogical work by taking into account the principles of teacher qualification.
- Able to cooperate jointly and harmoniously with the educational staff of his/her institution
- Able to communicate professionally adequately, orally and in writing, in his/her native language with the external environment of his/her institution.

- Makes decisions in full consideration of legal regulations and ethical standards, even in situations requiring a complex approach or unexpected decisions.
- Strives to solve problems in cooperation with others, if possible.
- Approaches the individual problems of teacher candidates and trainees with social sensitivity.

- In carrying out his/her tasks, he/she cooperates with the external and internal partners of the public education institution.
- He/she monitors the legislative, technical, technological and administrative changes related to the field.
- He/she authentically represents the social role of his/her mentoring profession.

Consultations and presentations, use of IT tools and techniques, independently prepared tasks.

General Rules
The learning outcomes stated in point 2.2 are assessed based on the results of the research materials prepared during the semester. This may be modified by active participation in classes.
Performance assessment methods
A. A detailed description of the performance assessments carried out during the academic term: 1. Designing a short- and long-term career guidance strategy for an institution of your choice. Criteria for the evaluation: indication of links with the framework curriculum, coherence between the institution and the objectives/tasks, adequate development requirements, coherence between content and the types of activities entered, feasibility in practice. Length: 5-8 A4 pages, Times New Roman font, 12 point font size, 1,5 point margins 2. Active participation in lessons: attend all lessons, share own experience in lessons, complete lesson tasks.
