The objective of the course is to familiarise students with the overall system of railway training. It is important that the course provides students with an insight into the training and educational needs of the railway professional services and the framework conditions for their implementation. Students will study the current challenges facing vocational training in the railway sector and the theoretical and practical options for addressing them. Within the framework of the course, they will gain a detailed insight into the conceptual framework of vocational training in the railways and recognise its links with vocational training and adult education. The students will study in depth the learning situations of railway workers and the specific methodological applications related to them. Within the framework of the study of the subject, a comprehensive knowledge of the legislation and an overview of the context of the railway vocational training and adult education regulations are of particular importance.

1. 1. You will be familiar with the legal system of the training system of railway companies, the main company regulations.
2. 2. Have a basic knowledge of the system of the various basic and further training courses, periodic training courses and their organisation in railway companies.

2. 2. Be able to interpret the training needs of railway companies and to deliver and document training accordingly.
3. 3. Be able to comply with the regulatory requirements when organising training courses for railways.

2. 2. To ensure that railway safety is taken into account as much as possible in the organisation of training courses and to promote these principles to the participants.
3. 3. Considers it important to ensure the effective implementation of continuous training for those working in the rail sub-sector and to raise awareness of this among those taking part in training.

2. 2. Uses his/her theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in railway training in a teamwork autonomously and in cooperation with the other members of the team in order to achieve the objective.
3. 3. In his/her activities, he/she represents both the professional and pedagogical principles of railway training and their interrelationships.

A házi feladat, félévközi jegy és a vizsga a mindenkori Tanulmányi és Vizsgaszabályzat előírásai szerint, a Térítési és Juttatási Szabályzatban előírt díjak megfizetése mellett pótolható.

A 2.2 pontban megfogalmazott tanulási eredmények eléréséhez a tantárgy a következő tematikai blokkokból áll. Az egyes félévben meghirdetett kurzusok sillabuszaiban e témaelemeket ütemezzük a naptári és egyéb adottságok szerint.
