The aim of the course: to compare the theoretical subjects of the training with the daily practice of the public education institution (kindergarten, primary school, secondary school, vocational training institution).

1. Know the relationship between theory and practice
2. You are familiar with the rules of operation of the given public educational ins-titution (place of practice)
3. Know how to regulate the functioning of a particular organization
4. Know the practice of forming the internal environment of a particular organization

1. Ability to compare theory and practice, formulate conclusions
2. Ability to understand the regulation of operation and formulate suggestions
3. Ability to interpret legal requirements, examine implementation, formulate proposals

1. When performing group tasks, learning and working, both as a leader and as an executor, you are determined, constructive, cooperative, proactive.
2. Open and inclusive to absorb new knowledge gained through practice

1. Independently thinks through tasks and problems and formulates proposals for their practical implementation.
2. Openly accepts well-founded critical remarks.
3. In group work, in order to achieve the goal, it mobilizes its theoretical and practical knowledge and abilities autonomously, in cooperation with (and sometimes in some cases, directing) the other members of the group
