Objectives
The aim of the course is to highlight the role of effective organizational communication to achieve successful organizational operation and organizational goals, and to enable students to plan and implement the appropriate communication strategy as a leader, HR or external consultant in their day-to-day organizational work. to sup-port the activities of managers and employees, in the cooperation within and outside the organization to achieve organizational goals.
Learning outcomes
Knowledge
- The student acquires a comprehensive knowledge of the parties concerned of organizational communica-tion, their possible tasks and challenges within the framework of the human function.
- The student learns the conceptual background, goal and toolkit of Employer Branding, and the basics steps of creating an Employer Branding strategy.
- The student gets acquainted with the theory, practice, application areas and possibilities of mediation in an organizational environment. Duties of the mediator. Types of organizational conflicts and ways of resolving conflicts
- The student acquires knowledge about the relationship between organizational communication and trust
- The student gets acquainted with the methodology and possibilities of organizational network research to map and develop organizational communication and cooperation
Ability
- Ability to communicate professionally on these topics, in oral and in written form
- The student is able to design and implement the Employer Branding strategy and manage operational challenges
- The student is able to identify the need for mediation, define tasks and plan the mediation process and manage organizational conflicts
- The student is able to develop a communication strategy and methodology that increases organizational trust
- The student is able to define the need for network research, to interpret the results of network research, and to develop a supporting organizational communication and cooperation plan based on the results

- Open to the latest, trends and knowledges in human resource management
- Willingly cooperates with representatives of other professions on a given issue
- Acts proactively and contributes to issues affecting his/her work
- Able to listen and accept the views and opinions of others

- Able to independently evaluate and make decisions on issues affecting his / her professional activity
- Able to independently plan, develop and implement employer branding strategies, mediation and orga-nizational programs supporting corporate image enhancement
- Takes responsibility for the tasks and programs planned and / or managed by him/her
- Represents his/her profession responsibly and ethically

General Rules
The assessment of the learning outcomes set out in point 2.2 is based on the preparation of an individual ho-mework, its presentation and the answering of questions related to the topic.

A. Detailed description of performance evaluations performed during the term-period: Partial performance evaluation: presentation of an individual homework. B. Performance evaluation during the examination period. In the oral exam, answering the professional questi-ons given by lecturers related to the homework
