Objectives
This course, the first in the Group and Social Dynamics stream, aims to provide students with hands-on experience through participation in a real professional or social project. Working collaboratively as a group, students engage with a chosen issue — for example, an educational, cultural, community-based, or social challenge — using the tools of action methods, participatory research, community creation, and creative facilitation. The emphasis is on experiential learning, reflective presence, implementation, and process awareness. Throughout the course, students develop essential skills in responsible participation, teamwork, planning, organization, documentation, and creative presentation.

Performance assessment methods
In connection with the three elements taken into account in the assessment, the course instructor informs the students in time about the assessment aspects and their descriptors. “Signature criteria” is participation and working on the assignments belonging to the partial performance assessment category.

Retake and late completion
Retakes and make-ups are regulated by the University’s Code on Education and Examination. Late submission or presentation of some mid-term assignments is possible during the resit period.
