PROJECT MANAGEMENT - BMEGT20A021

The aim of this course is to introduce students terminology, basic tools, and techniques related to project management. The curriculum briefly summarizes, in a structured way, the basic knowledge needed to manage a project within the framework of the subject.

1. Know all the important elements of the project management concept.
2. Know and understand the organization and operation procedures of the technical processes in the field.
3. Understand the connections between the areas of corporate operation and project management.
4. Have an overview of the corporate processes in the field and the possible application of the methods of the field.
5. Have confident methodological knowledge in various areas of project management, see and understand their application possibilities and perspectives.

1. Are able to synthesize the basic theories and concepts of project management, to formulate rational arguments, to form and defend one's opinion during discussions in different fields of project communication.
2. Are able to manage, organize, control and coordinate the development of technical, technological, investment, manufacturing, logistics, quality assurance and IT processes.
3. In the course of their professional vocabulary, they confidently use the vocabulary of the project management profession, the basic scientific concepts of the profession and the elements of the special vocabulary based on them.

1. Accept that the improvement and optimal operation of certain project management processes can be achieved with quantitative techniques.
2. Are open to all forms of professional innovation, inclusive but not without thinking accepting theoretical, practical and methodological innovations.
3. Are open to critical self-assessment, various forms of professional training, self-improvement methods of intellectual worldview and strives for self-development in these areas.
4. Consciously represent the methods with which they work in their own profession and accept the different methodological features of other disciplines.
5. Strive to make its decisions in consultation with the supervised employees and, if possible, in cooperation with them.
6. Have a comprehensive systems approach in the field of project management.

1. Are able to perform complex tasks in accordance with the professional expectations of a professional work community.
2. Organize their work and the activities of the staff under its management with the independence and responsibility appropriate to its place in the organizational structure.
3. Are independent, constructive and assertive in forms of cooperation inside and outside the institution.

A 2.2. pontban megfogalmazott tanulási eredmények értékelése két évközi írásbeli teljesítménymérés (összegző tanulmányi teljesítményértékelés) formájában történik, amelyet az órai aktivitás kiegészít.

A. Szorgalmi időszakban végzett teljesítményértékelések részletes leírása: 1. Összegző tanulmányi teljesítményértékelés: a tantárgyon belüli további tanulmányok eredményes elvégzéséhez feltétlenül szükséges tudás típusú kompetenciaelemek meglétének ellenőrzése írásos formában (ellenőrző dolgozat); az ellenőrző dolgozatok a lexikális tudást ellenőrző kérdésekből (beugrók); kifejtendő elméleti kérdésekből, és számítási feladatokból állhatnak. 2. Ezen felül az órán való aktív részvétellel is szerezhető pont (órai aktivitáson felül ezek lehetnek órai tesztek, kiselőadások, szorgalmi feladatok, országos versenyen való eredményes részvétel stb.) Az összes megszerzett pont alapján vizsgajegyet ajánlunk meg, melynek elfogadásáról az oktató által megadott módon kell rendelkezni. Az aláírás és a megajánlás feltétele az összes zárthelyi pont legalább 50%-ának elérése. B. Vizsgaidőszakban végzett teljesítményértékelés (vizsga) A vizsga elemei: 1. Írásbeli teljesítményértékelés (beugró), amely az elméleti háttér magabiztos ismeretére fókuszál. A beugró feltétele a dolgozat megírásának. A vizsga beugrója 50%-os teljesítésnél sikeres. 2. Írásbeli teljesítményértékelés (dolgozat), amely nagyobb mértékben a projekttechnikákra és számítási feladatokra, kisebb mértékben az elméleti háttér ismeretére fókuszál.

Az aláírás megszerzésének feltétele, hogy a 3.3. pont szerint megszerezhető pontszám legalább 50%-át elérje a hallgató. A tantárgyból korábban szerzett megajánlott vizsgaérdemjegy csak az adott félévben érvényes.

1) Az egyes évközi teljesítményértékelésekhez nem tartozik egyenkénti minimumkövetelmény, de egyenkénti pótlásuk lehetséges a félév elején meghirdetett időpontokban. 2) Az egyszeri pótlásokon túl más teljesítési lehetőség nincs.

A 2.2. pontban megfogalmazott tanulási eredmények eléréséhez a tantárgy a következő tematikai blokkokból áll. Az egyes félévekben meghirdetett kurzusok sillabuszaiban e témaelemeket ütemezzük a naptári és egyéb adottságok szerint.
