The subject equips trainees with relevant knowledge and a range of specific skills indispensable for finding their position in the market. They acquire knowledge and develop competences necessary for running a business (e.g. making out invoices, setting up a company, creating a business plan, paying taxes, etc.), and with this they lay the foundations for business/ entrepreneurial competence.

1. are aware of basic financial and business aspects of the profession, have relevant knowledge about the language mediation market (predominantly in the domestic market);
2. are aware of principles and practices related to taxation, finances and business management relevant for free-lancers and/or staff interpreters, and demonstrate a basic of entrepreneurial competence.

2. can make out an invoice and can conclude a contract for an interpreting assignment.

The subject involves live/video presentations party delivered by TFK lecturers and partly by professionals working in the domestic/international market. The comprehension of the presentations and the learning material is supported by specifical-ly compiled tests.

A szorgalmi időszakban az egyes tananyaghoz tudásfelmérő ellenőrző tesztek tartoznak, a tesztek kitöltése kötelező. A hallgató félévvégén a tudásfelmérő tesztet ír a teljes félévet felölelő anyagból.

• 3.3 Szorgalmi időszakban végzett teljesítményértékelések : 100

A szorgalmi időszakban az egyes tananyaghoz tudásfelmérő ellenőrző tesztek tartoznak, a félévközi tesztekre a hallgató értékelést nem kap (helyes megoldást igen), de a tesztek kitöltése kötelező. A hallgató félévvégén a tudásfelmérő tesztet ír a teljes félévet felölelő anyagból, a félévvégi tesztet százalékosan értékeljük. Az aláírás feltétele a félévközi tesztek kitöltése és a félévvégi teszt kitöltése és legalább 60%-ban helyes megoldása.
