Topics covered during the term

In line with the students' needs and professional interests, the course is based on TED lectures. The main aim of the course is to develop language skills development (both for work and studies), which also determines the selection of TED-speeches. In the case of language courses, detailed thematics are not prepared since the main purpose of the subject is skills development and not the frontal transfer of a (thematisable) body of knowledge. This allows teachers to adat the course to the needs of the given group, in line with the course objectives.
