Objectives

The course contains the economics of the European integration, the micro- and macroeconomic contexts, the institutional conditions of integration and the most relevant EU policies for economic integration. In addition, to present the basic integration theories, the curriculum contains the trade theories, the market, and the Economic and Monetary Union. The aim is for the students is to know the most relevant principles and mechanisms of EU economic integration.

Teaching methodology

Lectures, computational tasks and written communication, use of ICT tools and techniques, optional tasks prepared independently and in group work, work organization techniques.

Összegző tanulmányi teljesítményértékelés: a tantárgy tudás, képesség, attitűd, valamint önállóság és felelősség típusú kompetenciaelemeinek komplex, írásos értékelési módja, egy zárthelyi dolgozat formájában. Az értékelés alapjául szolgáló tananyagrészt a tantárgy oktatója határozza meg.

Retake and late completion

There is an opportunity for absolving the mod-term grade again in the semester. If needed, students can repeat the mid-term exam again in the 15thsemester-week.
