To ensure that the student knows and understands the current system of vocational training. Know the challenges of the economy, the labour market and understand the responses of vocational training to the challenges. Understand European and Hungarian vocational training development strategies. An extremely important objective is that the student can place vocational training in the Hungarian education system, see the basics of the autonomy of vocational education and training and understand the links with public education and higher education. The student is familiar with the institutional forms and basic concepts of the vocational training system. Take a close look at the content regulators and the specific examination system of the vocational training system. An essential goal is that the student works in any type of institution to understand the importance of vocational training knowledge and its multifaceted possibilities of utilization.

3. 3. He understands that the Hungarian education system is a 3-pillar system in which vocational training is independent, but knows the links with higher education and public education.

2. 2. It will be able to interpret and apply the legislation affecting vocational training to its institution.
3. 3. It will be able to use the right concept in the field of vocational training and will be aware of the fundamental context of vocational training.
4. 4. It will be able to professionally identify problems affecting vocational training and to solve problems.
5. 5. You will be able to communicate credibly on issues concerning vocational training.

3. 3. It will cooperate with the partners of the VOCATIONAL TRAINING SYSTEM.

2. 2. It is able to independently review and adapt the processes affecting vocational training.
3. 3. It is able to adapt and institutionally develop vocational documents for vocational training independently.
4. 4. It takes responsibility for the professional correctness of institutional vocational training areas.

Minor introductory lectures, self-experience individual and group exercises, communication in writing and orally, use of IT tools and techniques, optional tasks created independently and in group work.

Szorgalmi időszakban végzett teljesítményértékelés részletes leírása: • a kontaktórán való 100% -os részvétel, • aktív közreműködés a csoportfeladatok megoldásában, • központi feladatlap kitöltése • a tantárgyi tudás, képesség, attitűd, valamint az önállóság és felelősség típusú kompetenciaelemek értékelése. A házi feladat, félévközi jegy és a vizsga a mindenkori Tanulmányi és Vizsgaszabályzat előírásai szerint, a Térítési és Juttatási Szabályzatban előírt díjak megfizetése mellett pótolható.
