Objectives
The objective of the subject is to familiarise students with the most important basic issues of lifelong learning. It is important that students have an insight into the links between the economy, the labour market and adult education within the framework of the subject. The aim is to recognise the multi-directional links of adult education with the processes of the labour market. Students study the current challenges of adult education. Within the framework of the course, they should gain detailed insight into the conceptual system of adult education and training and recognize the interfaces of vocational training and adult education. Another objective is to raise awareness of educational methodological diversity in adult education. Students will study the learning situations in adulthood and the related diverse methodological possibilities. A key chapter is the issue of cloud andragogy, an extremely important tool and opportunity for adult education. Within the framework of the study of the subject, a comprehensive knowledge of the legislation and an overview of the relationship between vocational training and adult education regulations are of particular importance. You will be aware of international and domestic training frameworks.

Teaching methodology
Lectures, communication in writing and orally, use of IT tools and techniques. Tasks carried out independently and in group work.
