Spanish for Pre-Intermediate Students (A2) - BMEGT60R20S

The course is aimed to improve A2-level verbal and written communication associated with everyday life and work.

1. • The students are familiar with the basic vocabulary required for communication in everyday life and the workplace,
2. • they know the linguistic structures of basic communication.

1. • The students are able to talk about everyday topics (e.g. holidays, home, meals, urban transport),
2. • they are able to have conversations at work with colleagues or professional partners, using simple linguistic tools,
3. • they understand the gist of simpler written messages,
4. • they can write simple, routine letters.

1. • They are open to communication in the target language,
2. • they accept the intercultural differences of workplace communication.

1. • The students check their homework independently, using an answer sheet,
2. • they expand their vocabulary independently,
3. • they take responsibility for improving their language competence.

During the learning process students often work in pairs or groups to give them more opportunity to practice their speaking skills. We only use authentic audio materials and videos to teach the correct pronunciation. Since independent work and continuous studying are integral elements of the higher education studies, the learning process during this course is faster, therefore completing the course requires more independent work.

Teljesítési követelmény: órákon való aktív részvétel (megengedett hiányzás 30%), valamint a félév során kiadott fel-adatok és/vagy dolgozatok teljesítése

A hallgatók kisebb beadandók, egyszerűbb prezentációk és dolgozatok segítségével számolnak be a tudásukról.
