Logistics and Supply-Chain Management - BMEGT20S805

The main objective of the course is for students to understand the logic of how the supply chain works. They will learn about the problems of external and internal site design and some of their classic models. We review the specific problems and main objective functions of procurement, production, and distribution logistics. Within the framework of production logistics, we examine the application of the principles and methodology of lean management, the practical issues of the analysis of the constant development possibilities of logistics processes.

2. plan, organize, direct and manage the logistics workflows of competitive sector and public sector organizations either domes-tically or internationally.
3. solve tasks related to the management of logistics processes, to prepare analyses, reports, surveys, to perform independent and group work.
4. identify logistical problems and prepare decisions for their solution, to obtain and analyse the necessary information.
5. identify and answer strategic issues in the supply chain.

A 2.2. pontban megfogalmazott tanulási eredmények értékelése vizsga alapján történik.

Szorgalmi időszakban nincs teljesítményértékelés. Vizsgaidőszakban végzett teljesítményértékelés: A vizsga elemei - Írásbeli teljesítményértékelés: A vizsgadolgozat 100 pontos, amely a tanulási eredmények értékelésébe 100%-kal számít be. A vizsga 80 perces, ami egy rövid kifejtős és egy összetett kifejtős kérdés megválaszolásából valamint egy számítási feladat megoldásából áll.

Az aláírás megszerzésének feltétele, hogy a 3.2. pont szerint megszerezhető pontszám legalább 30%-át elérje a hall-gató. A megszerzett aláírás a TVSZ szerint előírt félévéig érvényes.
