Objectives

The aim of the course is to introduce various aspects of responsible corporate governance through a thematic workshop.

  1. Knows the principles of corporate governance, in line with ESG.
  2. Knows the main responsible corporate governance solutions.
  3. Knows the principles of responsible corporate governance, control, and management.
  4. Knows the situation of Hungarian companies regarding sustainability and responsible corporate governance.
Skills
  1. Able to plan the steps of introducing and maintaining responsible corporate governance, taking into account the characteristics of the given organization.
  2. Able to put the principles of corporate governance into practice, with a particular focus on ESG compliance.
Attitude
  1. Strives to implement the ESG criteria system in practice, especially in relation to motivating employees.
  2. Cooperates with the lecturer and other students.
  3. Strives to understand complex systems.
  4. Uses the opportunities offered by IT tools in an integrated manner.

Retake and late completion

As the condition for obtaining a signature is active participation in the workshop, repeat, retake, and late completion are not possible. There is no option for test retake.
