Objectives
The main objective of the course is to provide students with comprehensive knowledge about the practice of geopolitical theory, the importance of geostrategy, the functioning of the world economy and world political system, the geopolitical strategies of the great powers and their effects on individual countries. Through the simulation training, students will get closer to global great power politics, so students will be much more interested in world politics and world economy events, and as a result, they will be able to interpret the news and happenings of world economy and world politics professionally.

- This allows the student will be able to position his/her workplace internationally, taking into account geopolitical risks.
- As a decision-maker, he/she will be able to responsibly position the operation of his/her workplace at different regional levels based on the effects of various geopolitical processes.
Teaching methodology
Interactive lectures, simulation training, problem raising, communication in writing and verbally, use of IT tools and techniques, tasks, strategies and plans prepared independently and in groups.

General Rules
The evaluation of learning outcomes is aimed in a complex way at the knowledge of the geopolitical situation studied, the compilation of team strategies and individual strategies, and the qualification of active participation in simulation training sessions. The geopolitical simulation training will be held three times (8 hours each) in block format. The geopolitical simulation training can be attended by min. 15 max. 20 people, so the number of students is decisive. Participation in the practices is mandatory, the condition for completing the course is personal presence at the three block sessions.
Performance assessment methods
The evaluation of learning outcomes is based on the following three pillars: (1) assessment of knowledge of the geopolitical situation examined in the form of a 45-minute written test on day 2 of the simulation training, (2) compilation of team strategy (10 pages) and individual strategy (5 pages) for days 2 and 3 of the simulation training, (3) evaluation of individual activity corresponding to the role on days 2 and 3 of the simulation training

Retake and late completion
1. The written test assessing the knowledge of the geopolitical situation examined can be replaced and improved free of charge during the replacement period. When repaired, the new result always overwrites the old one. 2. If the student is unable to obtain a grade other than unsatisfactory with the replacement referred to in point 1, he/she may attempt to perform successfully again a second time, subject to payment of a fee specified in the regulations. 3. The strategies prepared for days 2 and 3 of the simulation training and participation in the three sessions of the simulation training cannot be replaced. If the student does not participate in one of the three sessions of the simulation training, it is not possible to complete the course.
