Objectives
To achieve the student's understanding of the recruitment tasks and possibilities of adult education. Understand the basics of assessing the need for training, know the economic and labour market processes on the basis of which you can develop a training portfolio to understand the need for training. Develop a conscious and prepared training counselling program. The main objective is to be able to examine the analysis, professional experience and traineeship of the applicants and to offer the applicant an individual learning path. The aim is to make it clear to the student the official procedures for starting the training, which are the trainings that can be carried out on the basis of an application for adult education activities, and which adult education activities can be carried out on the basis of a permit. The main goal is to get to know the framework of the adult education relationship.

Teaching methodology
Practice in adult training under the guidance of a trainee. During the practice, the trainee introduces the practical processes of adult education and at the end of the course the student prepares project work, which is modelling an adult training process in 10-15 pages.
